To whom it may concern:
     
I have read an article in the Motley Fool that you are considering 
making mutual funds disclose the after-tax returns of their funds. I 
think this is a great idea and would be a great service to the public 
and also enforce more discipline on the financial industry which 
routinely 'churn' their portfolio several times over each year and cause 
great capital gains taxes to their clients and also cause irresponsible 
volatility in the stock market.
