Please record my interest in the promulgation of your rule to cause the 
mutual fund companies to reveal after-tax returns on, at least, an annual 
basis.
     
The movement for full disclosure by the SEC for companies as well as 
brokerages and mutual fund companies is well-come by all private 
investors.  Please keep up the efforts to place the private, independent 
investor on a level playing field with all special interests.
