I would like to register my objection to the proposed rule regarding Form 8-K, disclosure of 
certain management transactions, and to the proposed rule for accelerating the filing dates 
for Forms 10-K and 10-Q.  Our corporation is a small organization, just over the $75 million 
public float amount, and we keep our staff to a minimum.  These two proposals would create a
substantial burden on our staff.  We would find it extremely difficult to adhere to the 
deadline requirements in these proposed rules.  Thank you for your consideration.
