We would ask that you extend the time for consideration of this proposal as we have just been informed of its existence and have not had sufficient time to review its content. Based on initial info, it appears this proposal would be highly detrimental to the independent financial advisor and broker dealers that service them. We need more time to fully understand its ramifications to our business. We ask for an existension of 30 days to review it further.
