I understand and agree that the financial services industry may be in need of some modifications. As a representative, I feel I should be given additional time to think about and discuss proposal S7-06-04.
Also, I ask that you keep in mind the small investor, of which I have many, when changes are made. Wealthy clients will always have people to help them. Any changes that make it more cumbersome/costly to do business will primarily hurt the little guy.
