What a joke hatched by a Republican dominated Commission.  How about a 'plain English' 
disclosure of fees and rewards to brokers who shepherd investors into a fund?  How about 
'special' fees paid brokers that shoo investors into propriety funds run by their brokerage 
house?  How about disclosure of compensation paid to those who supposedly watch after the 
investors interests?
