In response to the 4 day window of time to respond to the current SEC Proposal on Point of Sale Disclosure, I feel
as a Registered Representative that more time should be available to review the ins and out of this proposal,
ie. a 30 day window as it will greatly affect
various product availabilities and procedures in my business and that of my colleagues.
Therefore, in summary I am requesting this 30 day extension of the proposal submission for review to more fully undedrstand the consequences and impact this ruling
will affect the business I have been in for the past
19 years.
