Please extend the comment period for the Proposal on Point of Sale & Confirmation Disclosures.
I am opposed to any new regulations requiring further burden on my clients, my broker/dealer and myself.
I have been in practice for over 15 years and resent the SECs insinuation that the majority of representatives, brokers, and broker/dealers are unworthy of trust and self-regulation and oversight.
The effect of any further requirements would be an undue strain on the resources of all firms and individuals engaged in the sale of securities and would be of no meaningful benefit to clients and shareholders.
