As a financial advisor, I am writing to ask for an extension to consider the new rules under File number S7-06-04 that will require broker/dealers to provide customers with targeted information, at the point of sale and in transaction confirmations.
I have just recently received information on this matter and have not had sufficient time to review it. Please extend the review period another 30 days to allow for adequate review.
