I humbly request for an extented comment period on SEC propsal on Point of Sale & Confirmation Disclosures. I appreciate the work of the SEC & NASD of protecting consumers but time must be given to establish and properly implement these procdures. If not, I have to sacrafice time that I would use advising & helping my clients to developing and conforming to additional regulations. I understand and appreciate the ultimate goal for these regulations but more time is needed to properly implement them.
