Dear Sirs:
I would humbly request an extension of at least thirty30 days be granted as it pertains to review and comments on your File Number S7-06-04, proposed changes to documentation necessary at Point of Sale & Disclosure.
As I understand the proposal, it potentially has unintended consequences to Broker/Dealer firms and registered representatives that could be both costly to implement and not necessarily accomplish anything of substance.
By allowing another thirty30 days for review and comment, it will allow all parties who will be impacted to evaluate the proposal and provide you with additional information which could be valuable to all parties concerned.
