Dear Sir:

I am a CFP licensee and feel your proposed S7-06-04 new disclosures are redundent, unnecessarily duplicating disclosures that are already in prospectus of mutual funds and variable products. Not only will these additional disclosures waste more of financial advisor's time, paperwork & productivity, they will not offer any further protection to consumers, except increased cost and more confusion.

Please keep in mind the U.S. gov.t is not a Communist dictator. Let's put funds to better uses, create more jobs and not to more waste and unncessary gov't regulations!
