I have not yet had any opportunity to reveiw the recently proposed ruling subject to comments file S7-06-04.
Please extend the deadline for comments 30 days. Otherwise,
the entire process for comments is a meaningless charade with no brokers, Advisors, CFPs or Dealers having had a reasonable opportunity to review the above ruling.
By extending the deadline you are doing a service to CUSTOMERS as well as investments professionals and firms.
This will allow the proposed rule to be thoroughly reveiwed and meaningful comments to be heard.
Another 30 days will not harm anyone and can only help. These are not rules which should be rushed into only needing to be changed later on
