To Whom It May Concern:

In regard to disclosure requirements for mutual funds and variable annuities and life insurance products, its hard to understand why it would be important to duplicate the information already dispersed regarding expenses, including fees and commissions, for their sale.

The exception may be if a registered representative or broker-dealers charged a fee for time expended, which would be above and beyond what is already included with the prospectus.

Maybe you have some ideas that would be helpful in getting the consumer to carefully read the prospectus they already receive.

Thlank you for listening.
