I have not had a substantial opportunity to review your propsed new rules, File number S7-06-04, and would like the comment period extended another 30 days. It is my opinion that this ruling may cause my broker-dealer to limit the number of Covered Securities I can offer my clients due to the burden and cost of these rules.
