The proposed rules File number S7-06-04 greatly effect the independent broker/dealers and therefore my profession as a Registered Principal. Because of this, we should be given adequate time to review the proposal and submit comments. Please extend the comment period for an additional 30 days to allow for proper review by the professionals that this rule will affect.
