To Whom It May Concern,
I respectively request an extension of the April 4th deadline be granted. The SEC Proposal on the Point of Sale & Confirmation Disclosure rule file # S7-06-04 could possibly have an excessive impact on the Individual Investor as well as the Broker Dealers.
I feel the Industry needs more time to review what the possible outcome of this additional paperwork would have on both parties. The adoption of the Proposed Rules could possible impact the Broker Dealer to the extent that they may have to limit the number of Covered Securities approved for sale to the Investor. Resulting in a no win situation for all.
In closing, I would like to state again that I feel we have not had adequate time/opportunity to review the proposal and request that the comment period be extended for an additional 30 days.
