To Whom It May Concern,
I understand that there is to be a point of sale rule instituted. However, I have yet to see the full rule in writing and as such have not had the opportunity to review and understand what it all means.
I understand that this window of opportunity to view this new proposal is ending on April 4, 2005 which is today.
My request is that the full proposal be made available and the time extended on the cut off date to give the opportunity to view and possibly add my own suggestions to something that will or could affect my business practice.
