I am writing to comment regarding File Number S7-06-04. I have been recently made aware of the new and sweeping changes that this proposal would make. As an individual investor I regret not having been able to review it.
I respectfully request that you grant an extention of 30 days for the comment period, that I and other investors may review the proposal and intelligently comment on it.
