WE ALREADY HAVE SO MUCH TO COMPLY WITH THAT IT IS A WONDER THAT WE GET ANYTHING DONE. HOW WOULD IT BE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES TO LIST EVERYONE THAT THEY TALK OR MEET EACH DAY; SO WE CAN REVIEW TO SEE IF ANY OF THE PEOPLE HAVE RECEIVED ANYTHING OR ADVANTAGES THAT COULD BE PRECEIVED TO BE AND ADVANTAGE BY SEC EMPLOYEE ACTIONS. WOULD THAT BE TO MUCH TO ASK? DO YOU THINK YOUR PRODUCTIVE WOULD GO DOWN? OUR PRODUCTIVE GOES DOWN EACH ITEM THAT YOU AD FOR US TO DO. IF YOU HAVE GOOD MORALES AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THE PERSON AND MY HOME OFFICE HAVE STAFF TO MAKE SURE YOU DO. IF SOMETHING IS UNCLEAR THEY ASK. I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YEARS. 40 YEARS AGO; VERY LITTLE REPLACEMENT OF LIFE INSURANCE TOOK PLACE. BUT LATER WE DECIDED THAT REPLACEMENT FORMS MUST BE SIGNED; THEN REPLACEMENT INCREASED ALOT. HOME OFFICES ONLY CARED IF THE FORM WAS SIGNED AND FILL OUT. DON'T AD MORE RULES. USE YOUR TIME TO REVIEW TRAINING OF BANKS REPRESENTATIVES.
