Securities and Exchange Commission

Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

It is unexcusable to continue to allow CEOs and their cohorts to shift company profits to their own pockets rather than equitable distribution to employee retirement plans. Please do whatever necessary to bring full disclosure of executive compensation. Without better disclosure, shareholders, employees and the general public cannot evaluate whether executive pay packages are unjustly enriching executives at shareholder cost rather than providing fair compensation for all their employees.

The newly proposed rules will make this crucial information more accessible to shareholders and the public. The new requirements to disclose total compensation figures, pensions and detailed compensation breakdowns will make it clear exactly how much top executives are earning and why.

Thank you in advance for putting a halt to this unconsionable practice.

Sincerely,

Marcy McPherson
