Securities and Exchange Commission

Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

I like to voice my oppinion about disclosing CEO's bonuses and any compusations for retirement or future holdings.

I don't like to see some leading energy CEO's going out and asking for a rate increase and then get a big bonus for stealing from the poor.

All in all, Ceo's and their executive board is an honest thieves. They don't let the people see all they are getting and this will upset most American since most people are seeing a decrease in pay and benefits while they are still getting more insentives to take more from people and still getting paid even if they don't make a profit.

Please pass this rule so we the people can see what is really going on.

Thank you

Sincerely,

Tony Gafford
