Dear Sir:

As a stockholder of several companies, I would like the board of directors to know my opinion on the salaries and benefits paid to executives of the companies. Accordingly, I believe each proxy should ask the shareholders whether they think the salaries and benefits to executives and the board are (1) too high, (2) about right or (3) too low. This would be non binding but it would force the board of directors to pay more attention to the owners of the company which are the shareholders.

Sincerely,

James Arendash
