Generally, I believe that the more quantifiable informaiton available, the better to protect investors. Also, it seems to me that, from what I understand, the term "penny stock" has little to do with the issue and perhaps should be changed to something like "high risk start up stock" or other language that coneys the true nature of concern for the investor. I trade many stocks that I considered "penny stocks" just because of their price, which do not fit the criteria described here. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. Richard Stewart
