The header:

Table II - Derivative Securities Acquired, Disposed of, or
Beneficially Owned (e.g., puts, calls, warrants, options,
convertible securities)

doesn't quite work for puts and put-warrants that are sold
against a long position. If you want disclosure, I think you
need to expand the meaning of "Disposed of" or add "Sold" as
in:

Table II - Derivative Securities Acquired, Sold, Disposed
of, or Beneficially Owned (e.g., puts, calls, warrants,
options, convertible securities)
