PLEASE continue with your plan to give shareholders
some amount of control over who is elected to the
board of directors of their companies...  It is
especially important to stop this nonsense where
shareholders can vote for a board member, or withhold
their vote, but not vote against them.  And it would
also be good to require some nominations come from
somewhere other than existing board members and the
CEO...
