I strongly support changes to the current proxy rules and regulations 
that will support increased corporate democracy. Especially in light of 
recent revelations of widespread corporate malfeasance, it is critical 
that a stronger system of transparency be instituted - and one of the 
best ways to do so is to increase the ability of the shareholders to 
impact the composition of corporate boards and also their actions.
