As an individual investor, I demand that the SEC hold 
the NASD to its original decimalization deadline of 
July 3, 2000.  The lethargy of that Association will 
damage the United States' position in the world 
market, and I commend Island and Instinet and other 
ECNs which are ready ON TIME for decimalization to 
occur.
