Comment:   Market makers on the OTCBB should play by the same rules used on 
the Nasdaq and DOW.    The tremendous price manipulation on the OTCBB is very 
unfair to thousands of small investors like myself.      Naked shorting of 
OTCBB stocks must stop.    That's all I have to say...hope my vote counts.
