Subject: OTC Bulletin Board Market Makers

      The very idea that no one but a MARKET MAKER 
     
      Can make money on a Bulletin Board stock is UN-AMERICAN. 
     
      After thousands and thousands of Share Buys hit the ask price with no UP
movement I/WE know damed well there is something wrong. The very idea that a 
group of people can short a stock, move the price down (even though buys are 
positive over sells) and then cover thus making huge amounts of money at the 
expense of honest investors is a FRAUD at best. 
     
      The Justice Department should be more involved in this then they are. 
They have been doing this for A THOUSAND YEARS and the government has had its 
head in the sand.
     
      When will all this stop?
