Subject: Shorting on OTC BBstocks

Dear SEC,
     
I am a german investor which invests also in OTC stocks, especially companies 
from which I guess that these companies do a great job and maybe will in the 
future much bigger than now.
     
But I must say, I see every day through my level-II quotes, that MM do a real 
shorting game, especially on these stocks which runs to good to be true and 
after that fall in the ground. At these days my orders won't fit obviously i am 
in the price range. 
     
Please do something, that these bad games stop - our german SEC has 
delisted all otc stocks in germany in cause of this reason. So I have now 
to order in the US - and here is the price fluctuation horrible.
     
Congratulations to the rule, that now the companies must report. It gives a lot 
more transparency.
