Dear Sir:
     
I urge that the shorting rules be extended to the OTC-BB as currently proposed. 
Let's make the playing field equal in a free market.  Today the practice of 
"naked shorts" is nothing more than controlling stock by MM's, and severly 
affects shareholders and the companies they invest in.
