Subject: Shorting rules

Sir/Madam
I urge you to eliminate current restrictions on short selling, and allow 
the public to sell short by the same rules as market makers.  You know very 
well that this is discriminatory and discriminators in the great country of 
America will get there backsides sued, that means YOU!
