I would like to suppot of the sec. in establishing the rule preventing the sheer
manipulation of the OTC stockby Market Makers. The amount of money lost to 
investors through that practice is enourmous, and the investor is at the 
complete mercy of the Market makers.  While Market Makers  are essential to the 
orderly buying and selling ot OTC stocks the self controlling is a joke. It is 
in my belief that essential control and regulations be adopted and enforced.   
I am an individual  investor , and represent only myself.       I  encourage the
impementation of the aboce cited rule.
