Dear Folks ,
     
I am writing to strongly urge efforts be made at equalizing the trading 
field for
myself and all individual investors.
     
I'd like to be able to sell short stocks on a down tick, carry naked 
shorts and maintain a short position on an IPO on it's opening day.
