Hello I want the MM's to make their short sales public. I also want no more then
10% shorted and if it goes higher they have to cover.
MM Manipluation has happened on TPWR and it is not fare for them to manipulate 
to their benefit. Also the spreads should be addressed to no more then 5-8%.
