Dear SEC,

I have no idea what file number the proposal of "forcing market makers to
report their short positions to the public on penny stocks" would be
under...I just know that it needs to happen and needs to happen now.  I have
been investigating this since mid-MAY...when I heard about genemax
corporation and how they were shorted over 600,000 shares...all
illegally...and since my stock cgpn has currently fallen to .001...I bet the
same thing is going on there.  Thank you for your response and please do
something about the illegal practice of naked shorting!
