as a governing body, your first and only obligation should be with 
regard to the safety and protection of the general investing public...
     
the allowances that you give to the market makers are most certainly not 
designed with any of this...
     
the leverages that you allow them to use against us are deceit and 
manipulation...
     
there is nothing honest about this...it makes no sense...
     
you give to them a license to steal...you must stop this somehow...
