I am a private investor who has always played the markets by taking long positions in stocks. I do not totally begrudge those who short sell a stock providing that they have to purchase their own cover positions first. However, I am absolutely against the practise of naked short selling. It has cost me dearly in the form of lost money and affected my mental well being when I have to bear the loss incurred because of those people who choose to trade in this fashion. Our economy has suffered greatly due to this practice in my opinion because when small companies fail, it affects many many people such as individual investors, small company owners and is really hard on a nations morale. I make the humble request that the SEC impose laws that forbid this horrible practice for once and for all. Please, Please, Please do something for us, the small time micro-cap investors ok? I in particular will be forever grateful. Thank you very much. Respectfully, Lewis Pedersen
