Dear Sirs:
     
I am an investor in an OTCBB company named Fonix, I strongley believe it has and
is being unfairley manupliated by market makers and can not rise. I have read 
about your investigation into MM's actions and the proposed change in the 
trading rules per 10a-1. PLEASE put this change on a FAST TRACK as I understand 
the other boards operate under the full disclosure rule per stock shorting, the 
OTCBB should also. Investors are being slammed and MM's are rapeing us using the
don't ask, don't tell rule now in play. 
     
PLEASE CHANGE 10a-1 per OTCBB quickley.
