I cannot believe that the SEC lets Market Maker sell stock they do not have. 
They will always use this for their own advantage in the process of making 
money. This is the sure formula of the destruction of wealth. The standard of 
living in this country is at the top of the world. It is this, that lets 
mankind to achieve to a higher level. This cannot happen if wealth is 
destroyed. The people of this country put their money into the OTC and watch 
it devaluate due to Market Makers greed.  People should only lose money due 
to supply and demand. Therefore, I propose that you make all Market Makers 
show their shorts and Limit it to 10%. Thank you!!!!
