To whom it may concern,
     
As an independent investor with frequent exposure to OTCBB stocks I welcome 
the proposed changes outlawing "naked shorting" of OTCBB stocks with a great 
sigh of relief. The market manipulation of BB stocks is quite appalling and 
seriously detrimental to both investors and start-up companies trying to get 
their feet on the ground.  I urge the adoption of the proposed rules as 
quickly as possible.
