Subject: VCSY Short selling

Dear Sir or Madam:
     
     
I am very concerned about the naked shorting of penney stocks.  I have held 
a position in VCSY for 6 months and the company has come out with great news
and good earnings but the stock always goes down a penney or two a day.  This 
past week the stock shot up 100% in one day and the past three days has
gone back down to the price it started the week.
     
Is there anything you can do to look into this.
