Subject: OTC:BB proposed rules change

Dear Sirs:
     
I would highly encourage changes made to the trading rules of OTCBB stocks to 
bring them in line with the NASDAQ, NYSE, and AMEX.   The reporting changes are 
good but there needs to be something done about the manipulation the market 
makers are able to employ, particularly naked shorting, to push the small caps 
around to their advantage.  The small board is risky enough without allowing the
market makers to indulge in their rampant thievery.  The small board is also a 
fun place to trade and discover new companies with promise.  Let's not let it be
corrupted any longer by the manipulators.  Also, please make sure the uptick 
rules stay in place.
