I think the short sales rules on margin holdings should be enacted.
     
These days there is much to much manipulation from the larger insitutions.
     
Please enact this.
     
Short interest as a known commodity is part of DD, but 
not having to be responsible to cover margin calls is the 
practice that will be curtailed with new legislation. Shoot 
off an email to the SEC, they are requesting consumer 
feedback relative to MM short sales.
