I voice my support to ban "naked short selling" of securities on the OTCBB 
market. I have no objections whatsoever to the practice of short selling 
listed securities when those securities must be accounted for, as I believe 
is the case with NASDAQ-listed securities. If the same requirements were 
introduced for OTCBB-listed stocks I would have no objection. However, I 
protest vehemently the capacity of OTCBB market makers to short sell 
securities which they cannot borrow nor have to account for ("naked 
short-selling"). That practice should be banned as soon as possible so as to 
allow the markets to reflect more equitable prices for the traded 
securities.
