Subject: OTC stock trading

I am very happy to see that the SEC if finally going to do something about 
the OTC stocks.  
You need to do more to stop the market maker's manipulation of the OTC 
stocks.  The market maker's are stealing our money and you are allowing them 
to do it by failing to properly regulate this market.  More rules and 
regulations need to be implimentated and enforced.
