I have been an investor for over forty years and am firmly convinced that the 
investment public has been severly harmed by the Market Makers in the NASDAQ and
OTC BB markets. They have been given a license to manipulate markets in stocks 
by the practice of "Naked Sorting". True market reform in these markets will 
never be realized until this practice is halted by law. Please consider this in 
your deliberations and bring true reform to these markets. The investing public 
deserves no less. Thank you for your consideration.
