Amendments to the Commission's Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and Confidential Treatment Rules

The Commission proposes to amend its Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and confidential treatment rules because they are outdated in many respects. The proposed amendments would conform these rules to current statutory and case law and administrative practice.
