COMMISSION RELEASES DECIMALIZATION ROUNDTABLE AGENDA AND LIST OF
CONFIRMED ROUNDTABLE PARTICIPANTS


     Washington, DC, December 5, 2000 - The Securities and

Exchange Commission's Division of Market Regulation released

today a list of confirmed roundtable participants and the agenda

for the decimalization roundtable to be held on December 11,

2000, in Room 1C30 - William O. Douglas Room, at 2:00 to 5:05
